Building maintenance & preventative maintenance is one of the things that needs to be taken very seriously to protect your companies assets.
Concrete crack injection, urethane injection and epoxy injection, there are different names for this concrete repair method but rest assured it is the cheapest and most effective way to stop a leak in your affective concrete structure.

Injection:
This is where air, water or other
liquids are seeping through a crack at a slow or very fast rate. Small
½ inch holes are drilled on both sides of the crack and are
evenly spaced along the crack every 6 inches on alternating sides.
These cracks are then washed out with water to remove any left over
concrete dust from the previous drilling step.
At this point plastic packers are
hammered into the holes and metal grease fittings are screwed into
the plastic packers. Crack injection pumps then inject a blend of
water and phosphorous acid into the crack to open the crack for the
urethane resin and to clean out any dirt or debris that may restrict
the flow of the resin.
Fresh water is then flushed through the
crack to remove and acid and the urethane crack injection process is
ready to begin. The polyurethane is mixed with an accelerator so
that the resin can foam up and seal the leak at a much faster rate.
This urethane and accelerator mixture is injected into the concrete
crack at 1800 psi until urethane foam has effectively filled the
crack, expanded and sealed the leak.
Once these steps are complete, plastic
packers are removed, the wall is cleaned and grout is used to fill in
the crack which has now stopped the leak. This method is a fraction
the price to removing the concrete, taking a concrete structure out
of service or digging up behind the structure.
